Corona Update

During the Corona Pandemic, Jordan River Village has been hard at work adapting to provide relevant and meaningful online programs for our sick kids and their parents. These programs included daily programs for kids, weekly programs for families, and small group sessions run by our social worker.

With Israel slowly re-opening, the Village is pivoting again to provide on-campus programs for campers, families, and schools. The Village will implement procedures such as screening for fevers, wearing facemasks, and gloves, minimizing the number of campers per cabin, socially distanced meals, and smaller sized group activities. Despite all these changes the Village will still be a magical place where fun and friendship heal.

Welcome to Jordan River Village

Jordan River Village is a unique overnight camp for children living with chronic, serious or life- threatening illnesses and disorders as well as children with special needs.

The camp officially opened in 2011 and is one of only 16 camps around the world that is part of Paul Newman’s world-wide SeriousFun Children’s Network, a global community of independently managed and financed camps and programs serving children with serious illnesses and their families. The Village offers unforgettable, fun and medically safe experiences to all children living with serious or chronic illnesses in Israel at no cost to their family.
