Since there is no cost to families for their sick child to attend the Village, the annual budget is raised through generous donations from our partners and friends across the world, Israeli donors and foundations, as well as the Israeli government.
SeriousFun Children’s Network, founded by Paul Newman, is a global community of independently managed and financed camps and programs serving children with serious illnesses and their families. As a proud member of this Network, Jordan River Village adheres to all its principles and guidelines and our camp benefits from the Network’s professional services, technical assistance, joint fundraising efforts, and benchmarking.
Leading hospitals and other medical organizations have partnered with the Village, enabling us to receive camper referrals and medical volunteer referrals. These partnerships have also built community awareness and developed new streams of financial support.
All SeriousFun camps, including Jordan River Village benefit from an extraordinary partnership with A&F including funding of $15 million over five years, providing all the camps with shirts for campers and counselors, and enabling their staff to volunteer at camps around the world.

We are grateful that Jimmy Fallon chose SeriousFun as the charitable partner for his new Ben & Jerry’s cream flavors, The Tonight Dough starring Jimmy Fallon and Marshmallow Moon. All proceeds from the sale of this these ice creams support all SeriousFun camps and programs including Jordan River Village.
