Yoram holds degrees in economics, statistics and business administration from the Hebrew University and Kinneret Academic College. He served in key positions in the public service, among them CEO of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and CEO of the Manufacturers Association. He is also a member of boards of directors in business, financial and public companies, and was the former chairman of the Biblical Zoo for 27 years and employer’s representative at the National Labor Court in the past. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Jerusalem Foundation. Yoram has been a member of the managing committee of Jordan River Village since its establishment and chairman of the finance committee.
