Zindzi Sugerman is an experienced Project Manager and Event Coordinator based in Pacifica, California, with more than 30 years of experience across multiple industries and international settings. She is known for her strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and people-centered approach to managing projects and events.
Zindzi began her career in South Africa as an independent electoral officer with the Electoral Institute of South Africa, contributing to the historic 1994 presidential election that brought Nelson Mandela to power. She later held roles in program coordination at the Bar Association of San Francisco, risk management at Coolvision Ltd., and international conference planning at Kenes International, where she organized large-scale medical conferences hosting up to 14,000 participants worldwide.
She also served in administrative roles at the Brandeis School of San Francisco, including as the school’s librarian, supporting the community through resource management and operational coordination. In addition, she founded Zindzi.com, an independent gallery platform curating pop-up and online exhibitions for local and international artists.
Zindzi is passionate about diversity, wellness, and environmental stewardship, and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two children and their dog.
