Nagham is a senior manager specializing in a wide variety of aspects in the worlds of promoting, encouraging and developing quality employment in Arab society. In recent years, among other things, Nagham developed a dashboard that maps the entire occupational continuum of Arab society in Israel, built, developed and implemented government programs on the subject, led steering committees, and was a central partner in building an active ecosystem, served and created over the years a network of senior partners from the public sector, the business and the community, working together in cooperation for the benefit of creating a better future for the Arab society in Israel through occupational advancement.
