Hava has held senior management roles in leading organizations, including Maccabi Health Services, Amdocs, and the Flying Cargo Group, and previously served as CEO of Domestic FedEx Israel. She currently serves as a board director at Maccabi Health Services and Mi Avivim and is the chairperson of the Fair Center. Additionally, she is a board member at Midot and an active advocate for social causes. Hava holds a bachelor’s degree in education and international relations from the Hebrew University and a master’s degree in health systems management from Ben-Gurion University.
