Gal started working at Jordan River Village in July 2015 as a volunteer coordinator. After that she moved to manage the training department, and since January 2022 she has been the Camp Director. Gal holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Sapir College, and a master’s degree in organizational sociology from the University of Haifa. Gal Lives in Moshav Ma’ale Gamla in the Golan Heights and is married with one child.
